ISLAND RAYZ uses the latest technology in fitness equipment to provide our clients a strength and cardiovascular workout in a time efficient manner.
You need only 30 minutes 3 to 5 times a week to complete our interval circuit training. The equipment works with hydraulic resistance rather than weights. This allows you to work at your own pace.
Whatever your age or ability, you will benefit from exercise in our fitness center.

Weight Stack Machines
If you are already fit, don't let that stop you. You can get a serious workout with our hydraulic equipment, but if you want to build big muscles then use our weight stack machines and free weights.
